FAQ
What is the "Memory Effect"?"Memory Effect" happens when one habitually uses only a portion of the NiCad and NiMH batteries stored capacity before recharging it fully. Example: If I have a NiCad battery and consistently use only 30% of the batteries' stored energy before recharging it, the battery will 'forget' that it has the remaining 70% storage capacity. To avoid this, we recommend following the 'cycling' instructions found above (link), and completely draining the battery before charging it again.
