At 4 All Batteries, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.General Policies
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Claims of damage, loss or merchandise shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be considered valid.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. *Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
- A return RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
- Refunds for items purchased using free shipping will be refunded the item purchase price less original shipping and handling cost, typically $3 - $8 depending on the shipping method.
- Most batteries we well are backed by our 1 year warranty. See specific battery listings for more details.
- 4 All Batteries provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with 15% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns. After 30 days the products carry the warranties of their respective manufacturer.
- When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
- To protect company against abuse, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees on products that are returned in less-than-new condition.
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that sales on certain manufacturers' products are final. Any products that are exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly noted on the item description. Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements of these items.
Discontinued Products
At times, 4 All Batteries will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance Items
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or we no longer have them in stock.

Crediting Your Account
Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
